Ky-Mani
Ky-Mani Marley, born in Falmouth Jamaica on 26th February 1976 is among the most famous and rich Reggae Singers. He starred in the cult classic film Shottas opposite another singer Wyclef Jean. Ky-Mani signed with Shang Records for his 1996 debut album Like Father Like Son album and singles like Judge Not (with Patra), Dear Dad", (which was the most popular song on the British reggae album chart) as well as"Who the Cap (remix), Sensimelia and others all contributed to the rising recognition for the new reggae of his generation. Ky-Mani and Praswell, of the Fugees joined together in 1997 to record Avenue which was a cover of Eddy Grant's Electric Avenue. Marley was the first artist to perform at Midem which is an international festival of music which was held in Miami.
